Two kinds of job: bringing post-war houses up to date with a rewire and a new board, and adding to new-builds that came with the bare minimum — more sockets, better kitchen lighting, outdoor power for the garden and sukkah, an EV charger, and timers for Shabbat. Borehamwood is the edge of our regular range, so we group jobs here and book in advance.

How we work with Jewish families
- Nothing booked at your home on Shabbat or Yom Tov, and Friday jobs planned to finish early — tell us the dates to avoid and we work around them.
- Shabbat timers for lights, hot plate and urn, and override switches for sensor lights.
- Kosher kitchen electrics: the circuits for two ovens, two dishwashers, the urn and a Pesach kitchen.
- Sukkah and outdoor power on a weatherproof socket and a timer, fitted before Sukkot.
- Landlord EICRs, remedials and alarms across the community areas, with certificates to you and your agent.
- Shoes off if that is the house rule, dust sheets down, everything tidied before we leave.
